Economic freedom-freedom from too much government regulation, interference and taxation-has allowed this country to become, perhaps, the greatest, most powerful, wealthiest country in the history of the world. Religious freedom has strengthened us morally. It has encouraged us to be the most generous and charitable of all nations. Freedom of speech has allowed the discussion of ideas and concepts and has led to many great discoveries and all kinds of advancements in every area you can think of. It also helps perpetuate freedom by allowing us to speak up when we are in danger of losing our freedoms.
