Joe enjoyed playing the clarinet in band for 8 years from 5th grade until he graduated from high school. He was fortunate to have really great teachers all those years. These photos are from his last concert in June 2011. Joe also surprised us when he left his seat in the clarinet section and went back and played the tubular chimes during one of the songs. He told us later that Mr. Anderson and asked him to do it because he could play the piano and I guess the music reads the same.
