Tommy grew his hair out for at least a couple of years. In April 2011 he decided to cut it. When it was quite late and I was ready to go to bed on the night before Seth's baptism, he asked me if I would cut his hair. I was surprised but teased him saying, "I can't turn that opportunity down." Of course we had to take some photos before we cut it. And of course we had to take some Super Saiyan photos with his hair straight up in the air. After the haircut he shaved off his beard too.
Everyone was quite surprised to see Tommy with his hair cut short. Angela said that at Seth's baptism they were sitting behind us and her girls asked why there were two Joe's sitting by Grandpa and Grandma.
